THE VILLAGE TOWNHOUSES
In 2008, we created the Village
Townhouses (pictured at left), reclaiming
a formerly blighted property in Taunton's historic Weir Village. These five beautiful, new condominiums have helped several local families achieve
their dream of homeownership.
ROBERTSON ON THE RIVER
This
mixed-use, historic mill redevelopment along the scenic Taunton River opened in 2005. Robertson on the
River boasts 64 affordable, loft-style
